A feedback board that does more than collect
Clarify vague feedback, add team context, and close the loop with contributors.
All in one shared board.
Clarify
Stop guessing what customers meant
Customers often cannot articulate feedback well. UserVotes helps clarify the real need early, so your team reviews clearer problems instead of debating what people probably meant.
- AI-guided follow-up questions encourage better feedback
- AI-generated titles improve discoverability and tidiness
- Similar feedback surfaced early prevents duplication
- Comments and statuses that invite more detail when needed
Prioritize
Stop prioritizing feedback without the full picture
Feedback alone does not state why something matters, how broadly it applies, or how realistic it is to build. UserVotes helps your team add that context, so meaningful feedback can rise to the top without turning the ranking into the decision.
- Business fit, customer impact, and feasibility add context to what rises to the top
- Meaningful feedback can rise for the right reasons, not just visible interest
- Team judgment is captured without committee-heavy process
- Rationale makes “not now” easier to explain
Engage
Stop letting feedback feel ignored
Feedback boards lose trust when contributors never see what happens next. UserVotes keeps the loop visible with statuses and team responses, so customers know when more context helps, what is being reviewed, and why some ideas are not moving forward now.
- Statuses show that feedback is being reviewed
- Team responses explain tradeoffs without promising a public roadmap
- Contributors know when more context helps
- Active boards invite better participation over time
- Internal scoring stays private while public follow-through stays visible
Centralize
Stop losing feedback across chats, tickets, and spreadsheets
There is no shortage of feedback. The problem is that it gets split across support tickets, sales notes, chats, calls, spreadsheets, and memory. UserVotes provides the shared home to keep one feedback record.
- Public and internal boards for ideas from your customers and your team
- Consolidate duplicates and share context across your team
- Facilitate discussion and lightweight prioritization with your team
- JWT SSO removes the extra login wall
- Branding customization keeps the portal native to your product
Get started
Be up and running in minutes
Most customers can launch a public board in minutes and start collecting fresh feedback the same day. Internal boards let you bring existing requests into the same workflow, so your team can test it with feedback they already understand.
Public boards signal that your team is listening. Internal boards turn your existing backlog into a quick path for team adoption, so you are not starting from an empty system.
- 1
Import existing feedback and ideas
Bring in what you already have and see the clarification flow in action.
- 2
Invite the right people to weigh in
Invite product, support, sales, leadership, or engineering to help prioritize.
- 3
See feedback start to flow
Spot the requests that matter, understand why, and build what’s next.

From the founder
Built for teams that need a clearer feedback process, not another bloated suite
I started UserVotes after working with feedback workflows where requests were scattered, vague, and difficult to defend later. The team cared about customer input, but the process made it too easy for context to disappear and for the loudest voices to shape the roadmap.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
When can I start using UserVotes? +
Early access opens in mid-2026. Waitlist members are invited first.
Is UserVotes priced per teammate? +
No. The free plan and the paid plan both include unlimited team members. Feedback works better when product, support, sales, leadership, and engineering can all contribute without seat-count anxiety.
What happens when I hit the free plan limit? +
Feedback never stops arriving. Submissions beyond the free plan’s active-workflow allowance stay visible and votable, but stay workflow-locked from team triage until you free a slot or upgrade. The paid plan raises limits to 10 boards and 10,000 submissions per board.
Do contributors need separate accounts? +
No. UserVotes supports JWT SSO so customers can participate without creating another standalone account.
Who sets the strategic-fit score? +
Your team does. Product and founders can keep ownership of the decision while the right people from support, sales, leadership, or engineering contribute lightweight input where they have context. Customers do not see the internal scorecard.
Is UserVotes a roadmap or changelog tool? +
No. UserVotes focuses on feedback collection, clarification, prioritization, and follow-through. Statuses and responses help communicate progress, but it is not a full roadmap or changelog product.
